The work, developed within the Gabapentin in Pediatric Pain (GAPP) Consortium, illustrates the use of clinical trial simulations as a tool for optimizing doses and protocol design for a prospective investigation in paediatric patients with chronic pain.
As part of the training activities proposed by EJP RD, a 3-day training course on “Training on strategies to foster solutions of undiagnosed rare disease cases” is being organised by Istituto Superiore di Sanità (ISS) in close collaboration with EJP RD partners. The training will be held in Rome, Italy on 13-15 March 2023.

This Guideline was adopted in 2016 with the aim to encourage stakeholders and authorities to initiate, support and accept development and use of 3Rs testing approaches to replace, reduce and refine in vivo animal studies for human and veterinary medicinal products.
