Fondazione per la Ricerca Farmacologica Gianni Benzi Onlus is a nonprofit scientific research organization that conducts research in the fields of biology, medicine and pharmacology, with an emphasis on diseases that are rare or affect populations with unmet therapeutic needs, regulatory science and anti-doping.
The Foundation is seeking new staff to include in its staff.
ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Dealing with mail (electronic or traditional) and telephone calls
- Logistics for meetings and events
- Organising missions (booking train/plane tickets, hotels, etc.)
- Managing archives of documents and contracts
- Managing orders from suppliers
- Other administrative support
- Supporting the organisation of events
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and oral
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong team and relationship management skills
- Accurate, punctual and reliable
- Problem solving orientation
- Willingness to undertake short business trips, including abroad
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree in marketing, communications, economics or related field
