The Foundation undertakes and supports a range of projects and work in scientific areas including pharmacological research, European Regulatory Sciences and the promotion of an ethical and safe use of pharmaceutical products, including the fight against doping.

The Foundation operates through:

► funding research to be carried out either directly by its own associates or in collaboration with the university, research centres or other public or private bodies;
► organising congress courses and other training courses and educational initiatives;
► setting up of study grants and awarding research prizes;
► spreading up and promoting editorial and publishing initiatives.

The Foundation participates also to many scientific projects both private and public funded, and promotes initiatives in the field of the fight against doping.
